Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
